BUSINESS RESURRECTION – Two hours of one-to-one, no-nonsense, between the eyes, wake-up call showing you what actions you need to take to build or resurrect your business on a solid foundation.

ONE-TO-ONE MENTORING – This program picks up where the Business Resurrection ends. You will have one hour of one-to-one discussion on project management; time management; accountability; balancing personal and business life and other pitfalls that so many entrepreneurs fall prey too.

GROUP COACHING – This program is a continuation from the Business Resurrection, but in a group setting of 5-10 other business owners. These sessions are held weekly, during PM and Weekend hours.

FROM CORPORATE TO ENTREPRENURIAL EXIT STRATEGY – This program is designed specifically for those who are still employed, but are ready to develop and implement a sound, solid exit strategy from Corporate/Government/Military and general W-2 careers.

LONG-TERM BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICES – This program is designed for business owners who recognize that they need and want dedicated business development services from one of our business experts. We step into your business and work your business from the inside-outside.

WHO IS IT AIMED AT?

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Meet with the business advisor for an exploratory meeting and check the chemistry.

2. Agree on a clear outline, the goals and objectives, purpose of relationship, issues to be addressed, timeline and fees.

3. You sign the contract and work starts almost immediately.

4. The first full meeting is critical… the advisor gets to understand you and your business (strengths, weaknesses, key issues). You leave with an action plan for yourself along with an outline agenda of how, when and what you are going to be working on.

5. You meet to address the key issues as agreed on a monthly basis. Meanwhile, you will speak on the phone and use email as arranged.

Not in the immediate area, we provide services to business owners throughout the US.
